Multi-step Process

Multi-step Process

  • Leverage your professional career to the next level by becoming a school nurse in the United States! There are multiple steps involved which we have explained here. These steps are organized in a chronological manner to give you a clear understanding of both processes and time lines:
  • Schedule an interaction with Alphabet Education
Getting in touch with us is as easy as 1-2-3! Give us a call, send us a message, or email us, and we will schedule a no-obligation complimentary Zoom counselling call with you. We will explain the process outlined here and answer your questions.
  • Register with us
Your collaborative journey with us will commence when you have registered with us and paid the registration fee. We will conduct an in-depth evaluation of your eligibility, review your mark sheets and degrees, and verify your appointment letters. We will also ask you to complete a short questionnaire to help us better understand your profile. Your mark sheets and degrees will also be officially assessed by the U.S. Government for which there is a fee that you will pay the U.S. Government directly. To preserve transparency, please remit all payments directly to the stakeholders. We will assist you to tender the payments.
  • Prepare for the U.S. Nursing and English Examinations
Non-U.S. nurses are required to take an adaptive MCQ-based test to qualify for education and employment in the United States. If necessary, we will arrange online or offline coaching for you at your expense so that you pass the test in your first attempt. There is an English proficiency test which you are also required to take.
  • File your application for admission to a Master’s degree in Nursing
Based on the information you will provide us, we will prepare, validate, and submit your application for admission to an MS degree in Nursing in the United States. While this process is complex, we are fully equipped to perform the honors thanks to our many decades of collective professional experience.
  • Submit your Student Visa Petition
Once you are admitted to the master’s degree, you are ready to file the application for a Student Visa to study in the United States. You will be interviewed in-person by a U.S. Consular Officer (Visa Officer) who will conduct a formal interview. There will be another visa interview when you enter the United States, called the Port of Entry (POE) interview. We will not only prepare your visa application but will also coach you for both interviews extensively. The U.S. Student Visa interview is no longer a formality. Chances of an approval are about 100% because nursing is a “critical shortage” profession, according to the United States Department of Labor.
  • Receive post-arrival Services
Our Post-arrival Team will now take over and assist you with on-campus or off-campus accommodation, online course registration, bank account set-up, social security number, and other formalities. You are now ready to commence your master’s degree!
  • Receive Employment Assistance on two Fronts
There are two types of employment opportunities with which the team at Alphabet Education will assist you. While pursuing your degree, you are permitted to work for 20 hours a week on campus. We will facilitate your part-time employment, preferably at your university’s hospital or medical center. Once you graduate with your degree, you can work full-time on a regular job, and in your case, you will be employed as a school nurse in a geographical region of your choice. Ask us more about your career trajectory during one of our many ongoing interactive Zoom calls which we will be conducting with you regularly.
